Building Inspiring Water Services

ASE Water Clinic Corp. will be offering complimentary services to the Water Supply and
Irrigation Industry in Canada. The business specializes in; Water losses management and
Leak Detection, Water Well Services and Rehabilitation, Sewer Inspection, Remote
Sensing application in Smart cities – Water Resources Management, Water Network
Design & Modelling, Trenchless Pipeline Rehabilitation, and Water Clinic Application.
Section 3.2 of this business plan describes these services in great depth.
The services offered by ASE Water Clinic are not only high in demand but also necessary
to conserve water resources in Canada. A new study by the Residential and Civil
Construction Association of Ontario (RCCAO) is highlighting just how much water goes
to waste in Toronto every day. The study, titled ‘Water Infrastructure in the 21st Century:
Smart and Climate-Savvy Asset Management Policies,’ was completed by Tamer E.
El-Diraby, a University of Toronto professor in the department of civil and mineral
engineering. While Toronto’s water distribution network services approximately 3.6
million people, the study claims that, due to “leaky and broken pipes,” 10 to 15 percent of
that water leaks from pipes daily. This means that the city could be wasting 103 million
litres of water per day — enough to fill more than 15,000 Olympic swimming pools a
year, or just over 40 a day.1 A 2009 study said leaky pipes cost Ontario 25 per cent of its
drinking water — enough to fill 131,000 Olympic-sized swimming pools and equal to a
loss of $700 million a year.2

Water Loss Services

We provide an accurate Leak location service by ensuring that our highly trained and experienced engineers have the most advanced and diverse leak detection equipment available to them. We are experts at Water leak detection and building envelope Leak detection. We have techniques to identify Main pipes and domestic properties leaks in all aspects of water supply networks and the building envelope and the building services.

Whether it’s a water supply leak, heating system leak or a building envelope leak we can propose a survey technique that can identify the fault Finding water leaks can be a costly & lengthy process so having the right equipment and expertise allows us to efficiently locate the leak source and save our clients time and money.

We Use Different  Products related to matter, Our engineers carry include Thermal Imaging Cameras, Ground Microphones, Leak Correlators, Acoustic data Loggers & trace gas injection and sensing equipment.

We combine this equipment and in some cases bespoke leak detection systems to suit individual clients needs.services-tabs-139154408

Sewer Inspection

Sewer systems are something owners probably never think about until something goes
wrong. However, the time to find out if a sewer is faulty or needs repair is before a leak
or backup occurs, not after. In fact, regular sewer inspections are vital for any house over
20 years old. That’s because older homes are usually built on aging clay pipes that are
more vulnerable to root intrusion, but even newer homes may be connected to an older
sewer line. Most sewer lines last for 40 years, but that’s not always the case. Inspections
make sure that pipes are clear of blockages and functioning properly for years to come.
Here are three reasons why you should schedule a Sewer inspection today:
I. Repairs are Expensive.
II. Roots Love Sewer Lines
III. Natural Wear and Tear Happens

Smarter Sewer Inspection

Maintaining sewers starts with understanding sewer condition, and WinCan makes it easy to collect detailed, standards-compliant inspection data. Relentless focus on innovation and productivity has made WinCan the industry’s most preferred sewer inspection software, with more than 8,500 licenses worldwide.

Trenchless Pipeline Rehabilitation Methods

Trenchless rehabilitation is the repair, renewal, or replacement of existing underground
services, facilities and structures with minimal or no excavation. It’s accomplished using
techniques such as slip lining, pipe bursting and mechanical spot repair. Materials such as
thermoformed pipe, shotcrete, gunite, cured-in-place pipe and grout in place pipe are
utilized. Trenchless rehabilitation is a cost-effective approach to the repair or replacement
of underground pipes. Pipeline renewal is typically required for any utilities with old
structures.

REMOTE SENSING SERVICES FOR UTILITY AND CIVIL PROJECTS .

Land use and land cover changes associated with increased urbanization have led to
landscape and environmental changes throughout the world. Remote Sensing
Applications for the Urban Environment places emphasis on the rapid development of worldwide urbanization and its impact on the environment, and reviews the assessment of
urban land cover conditions using remote sensing data. The use of remote sensing data to
characterize urban extent and urban land cover, and the applications of satellite-derived
data for urban environment assessments. We can introduces cutting-edge assessment
methods and remote sensing techniques for characterizing high-resolution imagery of
urban areas in different ecological environments.

Machine Learning Application in Water Losses Management

ASE Water Clinic Corp. will be offering complimentary services to the Water Supply and
Irrigation Industry in Canada.

In fluid dynamics, pipe network analysis is the analysis of the fluid flow through a
hydraulics network, containing several or many interconnected branches. The aim is to
determine the flow rates and pressure drops in the individual sections of the network.
This is a common problem in hydraulic design.
Water Network Modeling can help companies build their development plans and find
their existing network problems in low pressure, water quality areas. We at ASE water
Clinic have our own algorithms based on Machine learning that can identify Leakage
area in the network based on Pressure loggings.
Main consumers are:
Urban and Rural Water networks

ASEWATER CLINIC presents a novel method for finding such kind of solution based on data analyses and network modelling real existing consumption and learning technic for water leak detection and localization obtain training data is proposed which serves as a basic for recognition of patterns and regulates in data using supervised Machine Learning techniques based on Artificial Neural Network analyses.

Water Clinic Application owner

Our 20 years’ experience negotiating with different sectors of utility owners and water
consumers notified that there is a gap between final customers and specialists. And
because of different types of requirements there is a lack of a complete database of
specialists. So, ASE Water Clinic IT department designed an application for connecting
specialist services with the final customer (for example inter house leak locate and repair
or yield problem for a farmer well) under our qualification rules.

Main customers are:

Any Utility services
Private and Public water well
Pump services
Residential leaks
New buildings Piping
